St. Patrick's Day Cocktail... The Pot of Gold!

Inspired by our trip to Ireland last Spring...

The Pot of Gold:
2 oz Irish Whiskey (Tullamore Dew)
1 oz dry vermouth
Shake over ice
Pour into martini glass
Fill to the rim with hard cider...

Snarf

Happy News Flash...
For the last month, our good friends have been dealing with the disappearance of their recently-adopted cat, Snarf.
Snarf is a little refuge who got the bum's rush from a home where new children kept appearing and he was no longer wanted. Shortly after he settled into his new home, he went missing.
Naturally, after a month no one really believed he could ever be seen again.
But! Snarf is home! (A little worse for the adventure and bearing some injuries that he will never be able to tell us about), but home!
We created an impromptu cocktail in honor of Snarf, since he re-materialized on Friday Cocktail night.
Cheers to the fur people who make our lives happy and hairy!

The Wandering Snarf:
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce vodka
4 ounces blood orange juice
